tbh stat transfer is just way to milk money from roleplayers, it should be removed to avoid p2w mentality

Cops can still file a warrant or investigate a vehicle or property contents. Why does it matter who the current owner is, it doesn’t change the reason why said vehicle or property needs to be searched or seized?

a stat transfer in these cases can be roleplayed as a will in which the family attorney took detailed pictures of the vehicle/property and its untouched contents before the new owner receives it (excluding hidden rooms/compartments, etc). If the new owner thought it’d be okay to mop up the blood of whoever was killed inside the bequeathed house instead of calling the cops to investigate it then perhaps they can be fucked for tampering with evidence.
