List the typerating(s) you are applying for.

Reason for applying (at least 100 words):
As a  Emergency Medical Technician  for Saint Ernest Medical Center, I once got some pilot training under the legal corporation back when I served Los Santos Fire Department in my years of serving there, I would like to re-learn this since it would be helpful  in calls that require a life flight or medevac, plus I do have a feeling I'll need to look back in the flight manual  again, which I don't mind, back in my Fire Department years, I was super close getting in to the air unit, but was close and no cigar from there. Plus I might buy my own helicopter in the future.

Any remark(s)?:
The sooner I get this done, the easier it will be when flying for calls.

By filing this application, I agree to always abide by the current laws and instructions of aviation, as given by authorities and LSIA. I understand that my license may get revoked if abused. I understand and agree to that LSIA may access my background information from instances such as the police and medical institutions. I confirm that all information in my application are correct, and that providing false or misleading information is punishable by law.
