Gerald Mill was taken into police custody on January 29th, 2019, following an armed robbery that took place at KB's Gas Station located at 1905 Atlantica Avenue at 20:25. Gerald Mill, alongside two other assailants, Marcus Wilburn and Wallace Gibson, were captured on MB's Gas Station CCTV cameras holding employees of the gas station at gunpoint. Gerald Mill is seen to be aiming a Beretta Px4 Storm at gas pump employees whilst two other assailants made entry on the gas station and robbed a cash register from three clerks working inside. (See exhibit #1)

Gerald Mill rode as a back-right passenger in a 1963 Chevrolet Impala (DY9 5546) cream in color registered to Gerald Mill with Marcus Wilburn as the driver and Wallace Gibson as the front passenger. The driver, Marcus Wilburn, withdrew a Smith & Wesson handgun and opened fire on Detective I Nicholas Moretta's patrol vehicle before leading police on a high speed vehicle pursuit. During the vehicle pursuit, Gerald Mill threw his Beretta Px4 Storm from the vehicle into a bush at the Vinewood Burgershot which was later collected and turned into evidence. (See exhibit #2)

The vehicle pursuit eventually came to a stop on Forum Street behind the LS Stadium in Ganton when all three suspects inside of the car surrendered. Gerald Mill, alongside the other two suspects, were taken into police custody. A witness statement was collected from Seth Decker (see exhibit #3), an employee at KB's Gas Station who was held at gunpoint and robbed by the three suspects, alongside CCTV footage collected showing all three suspects participating in the armed robbery.

Additionally, a search warrant was executed after these events and a total of 405 grams of cocaine was seized along with 33 grams of marijuana. There was also a stack of drug money beside the drugs totaling $6500.
