Vehicle year: 1967

Vehicle brand: Volkswagen
Vehicle make: Type 2 T1
VIN: 15120
Mileage: Unknown

Description:
Relisting this beast as the previous winner never really contacted me to collect it...

Vehicle has some sort of naturally-aspirated Subaru motor swap in it and goes 170 km/h as the speedometer said at the time it was on the track...

The acceleration is pure brutal, keeps up with pretty much 80% of the cars in town off the line... Never truly raced it, but I feel like it could easily win the stock class it'd technically fall under due to the low-powered motor it has in it right now...
Could make it much faster if you actually upgrade the Subaru motor it has in it... I'd say building a basic turbo kit for it would most likely get it to go 200-210 km/h

Just looking to get rid of it and let it go to someone who's going to use it more often than I do.

Incase you're waiting for the Starting Bid to decrease... The Starting Bid is not going to be decreased at all, I paid more for it and I'm not willing to take any less than what I'm currently taking.

Comment: $40,000 is a fine deal considering it previously sold for $100,000 a few months back. Also, the van itself goes for $30,000 - $40,000 stock in the same shape as mine, minus the motor of course.

Take a look at this link.

Starting Bid lowered to $37,500 and that's as low as it'll go. I'll upgrade it more before I take any larger of a loss on this vehicle.

* Comments would also now be toggled off, so no new comments can be placed by anyone other than the Auctioneer and Auction Webmasters *
