12 Week License Suspension (( 12 IG Hours ))

Subpart 4. Evidence.

Exhibit 1 - Officer Affidavit on Arrest Warrant

On the 18th December of 2018 at approximately 19:50 in the evening, Sergeant II Aleksandr Nikitovich was patrolling in the area of Richman of Los Santos, when he pulled over to run a daily routine check on current APBs as he noticed a black 2014 Land Rover (Range Rover) Supercharged 5.0L V8, plates "SH1T LOL" going at a such high rate of speed that he caught air when going eastbound on Providance Street towards the location of Sergeant II Aleksandr Nikitovich's cruiser, before he slowed down, yet still going 59 miles per hour in a 37-zone. Once Sergeant II Aleksandr Nikitovich turned around, turning his strobes and sirens on, the black 2014 Land Rover (Range Rover) Supercharged 5.0L V8 sped up to a lot higher speeds, went onto the on-coming lane and skipped an intersection before driving into the driveway of #10 Rich Street, closing the low-profile gates of the driveway. While Sergeant II Aleksandr Nikitovich was standing behind the gates, having the cruiser's strobes on and even using the cruiser's buzzer to make the driver of the the black 2014 Land Rover (Range Rover) Supercharged 5.0L V8 aware, the vehicle went into the garage, locking it after. Sergeant II Aleksandr Nikitovich attempted to make contact with the driver via his megaphone (( with /s as you don't see /m text in interiors as far as I'm aware )), however, with no success.

Due to no felony being comitted and a lack of available units, Sergeant II Aleksandr Nikitovich refrained from escalating the situation to get the driver of the black 2014 Land Rover (Range Rover) Supercharged 5.0L V8 out of the property.

Both the vehicle (black 2014 Land Rover (Range Rover) Supercharged 5.0L V8) and the property (#10 Rich Street) belong to Arthur Hoover.
