  1. Script Suggestion What would be the name of the script(s)?- /helpup and wounded state What kind of script(s) are you suggesting?- General What is the suggestion?- You should be able to be /helpup'ed after a brawl or even by yourself, let's say after you have been injured for 60 seconds or more you can just /getup from the knocked-out / unconscious state, you should not need an admin to get up from a brawl. What are the advantages?- Less work for admins and no running from the hospital due to the fact you have to /respawn after a fistfight, which is unrealistic to die in any way. What are the disadvantages?- Possible abuse, tho I don't see how if you make the script so only fists can wound somebody and everything else is a PK. Do you have any resources to support our scripters in making said suggestion?- N/A How would you go about implementing this idea?- Just do it lol. 2.0

What are the advantages?- Makes it easy to edit screens and they look more pleasing to the eye. What are the disadvantages?- I don't see any. Do you have any resources to support our scripters in making said suggestion?- N/A How would you go about implementing this idea?- Just do it lol
  4. South Central South Los Santos, formerly officially and sometimes still referred to as South-Central Los Santos, is a region in southern Los Santos County, San Andreas, and mostly lies within the city limits of Los Santos, just south of downtown. According to the Los Santos Times, South Los Santos (formerly known as South-Central Los Santos) ”is defined on Los Santos city maps as a 16-square-mile rectangle with two prongs at the south end. In 2003, the Los Santos City Council renamed this area "South Los Santos". The name South Los Santos can also refer to a larger 51-square mile area that includes areas within the city limits of Los Santos as well as five unincorporated neighborhoods in the southern portion of the County of Los Santos. Beginning in the 1970s, the rapid decline of the area's manufacturing base resulted in a loss of the jobs that had allowed skilled union workers to enjoy a middle class lifestyle. Downtown Los Santos' service sector, which had long been dominated by unionized African Americans earning relatively high wages, replaced most black workers with newly arrived Mexican and Central American immigrants. Widespread unemployment, poverty and street crime contributed to the rise of street gangs in South Central, such as the Crips and Bloods. By the early 2000s, the crime rate of South Los Santos had declined significantly. Redevelopment, improved police patrol, community-based peace programs, gang intervention work, and youth development organizations lowered the murder and crime rates to levels that had not been seen since the 1940s and '50s. Nevertheless, South Los Santos was still known for its gangs at the time. In mid-2003, the City Council of Los Santos voted to change the name South Central Los Santos to South Los Santos on all city documents, a move supporters said would "help erase a stigma that has dogged the southern part of the city." On August 11, 2014, just two days after the shooting of Michael Brown in Ferguson, Missouri, a resident of South L.S., Ezell Ford, described as "a mentally ill 25-year-old man," was fatally shot by two Los Santos police officers. Since then, a number of protests focused on events in Ferguson have taken place in South Los Santos. After the 2008 economic recession, housing prices in South Los Santos recovered significantly, and by 2018, many had come to see South Los Santos as a prime target for gentrification amid rising real estate values. Gang Insignias Sports teams play a large role in the gang community of South Los Santos. The logos of these teams represent the section that the person who's wearing comes from. It can be deadly for a person to wear a Houston Astros hat in a Neighborhood Crip neighborhood. It. That's how serious these logos are taken in the hood. Usually the Crips and Bloods would take a logo that best represents their section and gang color, but this is not always the case. There have been instances to where innocent lives were affected and conflict was thrown out of proportion and war became imminent. Sports team logos are to be treated like a flag and should not be taken lightly by civilians. AVOID WEARING SPORTS LOGOS IN SOUTH LOS SANTOS AT ALL TIMES. Westside Sixties The West Side (W/S) Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips are a long standing and infamous African American street gang based in the Forum Drive area in west Los Santos, San Andreas. In 1976, the Rollin' 60's formed as a faction of the original West Side Crips gang after it began to splinter into more geographically specific neighborhood groups. There are different theories on how the name of this gang came about since, at the time of its conception, many of the gangs were named after the streets within their respective neighborhoods. Before being named Rollin 60s they were going by the name of Rollin Avenues and were a club in the community that promoted dancing, did fashion shows or had a car washes to raise money. They also had parades where they would walk up and down Forum Drive and Innocence Boulevard. Poochie named the group Rollin Avenues. Ellisa Burks-McKnight confirmed this and said that the group was almost named "Kid Power". Before the Rollin Avenues became the Rollin 60s they had nothing to do with gangbanging and promoted things such as unity and love. How they got the name Rollin 60s is still unclear. One theory was that 60th Street "rolled" through the entire neighborhood, which today extends 27 blocks from Forum Drive in the north to Roy Lowenstein Boulevard in the south, and from Capital Boulevard in the east towards Alta Street in the west. Authorities believe the Rollin 60’s membership stands around the 1,600 mark, making them the largest African American street gang in all of Los Santos County. Members are known to sport Seattle Mariners baseball caps with the letter “S” which represent Sixty or "60’s Crip". Members are also identified by tattoos and use a variety of different hand gestures to represent their gang. Five Deuce Hoover Gangster Crip The W/S 52 Hoover Gangster Crips also known as the "Young Hoggs" are a predominantly, but not exclusively, African-American street gang located in the 50s. Their territory stretches from Vernon and Hoover to Slauson and Figueroa. The heart of their hood is located on 52nd Street. The Five Deuce Hoovers are the only Hoover sub-set that still identifies themselves as Crips, still sporting the traditional Crips blue along with the orange associated with the Hoover Criminals. They are allied with the W/S 51 Trouble Gangster Crips, W/S 52 Broadway Gangster Crips and all other Hoover sets, as well as all other gangs that fall under the Gangster Crip card (3x). They are known for their deadly feuds with all gangs that fall under the Neighborhood Crip card (2x), such as the Rollin 40s, Rollin 50s, Rollin 60s, Rollin 70s (also known as 657 Menlo Neighborhood Crip) and all East Coast Crip sets. They are also feuding with all Brim sets, those being the Fruit Town Brims, Van Ness Gangster Brims and the Harvard Park Brims. The Hoovers have been at an all out war with the Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips for a couple of decades now and the war looks nowhere near over. After the death of the infamous Five Deuce Hoover member Marvin "Tiny SprayShit" Galles in 2019, members of the Five Deuce Hoovers took to Instagram and declared a war. The war was talked about everywhere, be it the local news or social media. The Hoovers were looking to commit 52 shootings over the span of 52 days. This sparked one of the most intense gang wars in recent history. The first victim fell on the third day after the war was declared, the days prior were filled with shootings around the 60s Neighborhood. The first victim was a 14 year old boy named Davion Porter who was unaffiliated. To sum the war up, after 52 days there have been 67 diffrent shootings with 7 murder victims. The Hoovers were the clear winner, leaving all shootings unsolved as of today.
  5. W/S 83 Hoover Criminals Gang The West Side (W/S) 83 Hoover Criminals Gang, also known as the "8-Tray Hoovers" and formerly known as the "83 Hoover Crips", are a large and infamous African American street gang founded on the west side of Los Santos. Sometimes referred to as "The Rascals", this gang is considered to be the largest and most active sub-set under the Hoover Criminals Gang umbrella. Their territory stretches from 80th Street in the north to approximately Alexandria Avenue in the south, between Idlewood in the west and Figueroa to the east. There are six separate Hoover neighborhoods from 52nd Street to 112th Street, but the 83 Hoovers are thought to be the most active and the largest in the 77th Division of the LSPD. They are cliqued up with their closest geographical allies, the 74 Hoover Criminals Gang, and are friendly towards all Hoover Criminals. The Eight-Tray Hoovers have no known allies outside of the Hoover Criminals. They were at one time friendly towards the Eight Tray Gangster Crips, who shared in the Hoovers' hatred for all Neighborhood Crips, but that is no longer the case. Like all Hoover Criminal sets, the 8-Trays are rivals to all Neighborhood Crips, specifically the Rollin 60s Neighborhood Crips, Rollin 90s Neighborhood Crips, all East Coast Crips, all Raymond Avenue Crips and the Rollin 90s West Coast Crips. Other Crip rivals include the 84 Main Street Mafia Crips, 87 Gangster Crips, 97 Gangster Crips and the 98 Gangster Crips. Despite their large list of enemies, the 83 Hoovers dominate their neighborhood through their sheer numbers plus their reputation for brutality and terror.
