  1. Afaik the devs already have it bugged and will be working on a fix to scale the UI for lower resolutions so it should be just a matter of time before it's fixed.
  2. +1 would like to see rental a thing on Owl especially if it's done RP'ly through a real estate or car rental agencies; It would not only help new players engage in roleplay with old timers but will also create some sort of diversity in the roleplay field and encourage players to establish different kinds of businesses other than just having clubs all over the city.
  3. Script Suggestion What would be the name of the script(s)?- Keybinds combination What kind of script(s) are you suggesting?- General What is the suggestion?- The ability to make binds of key combinations like Shift+Numpad1, Alt+1, etc. Since owl's script is mainly based on hotkeys we're kind of limited to a certain number of available keys to be bound for RP lines so it'd be quite handy to have more than one use for one key via a combination with other keys. What are the advantages?- More binds for multiple RP purposes What are the disadvantages?- Can't think of any Do you have any resources to support our scripters in making said suggestion?- ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ How would you go about implementing this idea?- ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
  4. /ticket was a thing back on MTA where GUI would pop up and then you'd choose which entity an LEO is trying to cite whether it was a vehicle or person. Normally the officer would fill in necessary details like violation, fine, etc. and have it all registered on the MDT with the officer's information as well. It would be a cool touch if it were added an additional field to the MDT where you can put in the picture's link for future reference maybe. Most of the times it went one of two ways on MTA: either PD just cites the illegally parked vehicle right away with /ticket or call in for PWTD's help and have the vehicle towed at their lot. However, having a /ticket script shouldn't negate PWTD's duties and surely doesn't make up for PWTD's inactivity which is also caused due to lack of proper impound script but despite that we're currently aiming to bring PWTD's activity back up. Anyways I'm all up to have /ticket back on V, would be quite handy at times where PWTD might be unavailable or if the officer believes the vehicle's violation doesn't qualify for an impoundment.
  5. Script Suggestion What would be the name of the script(s)?- Outfits What kind of script(s) are you suggesting?- Items What is the suggestion?- Have an outfits script where it just categorizes the items in your clothing tab as per the attire you'd want to wear. Ex: Outfit 1 would have a pair of tighty jeans, black hoodie, white sneakers and sunglasses. Outfit 2 would have suit pants, suit jacket, shirt.. It goes like that but you get the general idea. Also would be neat to have those clothing parts in their respective outfit slot in your Inventory. I can think of having this done in 2 ways: 1- Have an "Add" button in the clothing tab that generates an outfit slot in the clothing tab in which you just drag and drop the clothes you'd like to fit together, also have that slot clickable with the option "Equip" to have all the clothes on together at once. 2- Have a /setoutfit command that saves the clothes on your character automatically in an outfit slot with the same aforementioned features and have it removed off the main clothing tab. The two implementations are generally alike but I thought I could just point them out separately ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ What are the advantages?- -Less clutter in the main clothing tab -Easier and more convenient way to switch between your outfits What are the disadvantages?- ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Do you have any resources to support our scripters in making said suggestion?- ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ How would you go about implementing this idea?- Mentioned previously on the suggestion
  6. Script Suggestion What would be the name of the script(s)?- In-game Console What kind of script(s) are you suggesting?- GUI What is the suggestion?- Have something like MTA's F8 console implemented in game where we can see written lines of /ame, /ado and logs of that nature. What are the advantages?- Easier for slow readers, or people who want to keep up with all the RP going on especially when RPing amongst a group who like to use /ame's and /ado's more often. What are the disadvantages?- Might be seen worthless to put in effort to have this implemented only for the sake of logging /ame's and /ado's especially if there were a client logging system coming down the pipeline but imo having a logger IG will be easier for players to catch what they missed instead of alt tabbing and going through their logs etc. Other than that, I see no further disadvantages. Do you have any resources to support our scripters in making said suggestion?- https://rage.mp/files/file/20-console/ This resource shouldn't be logging what's described on this thread but it's the same idea essentially. How would you go about implementing this idea?- Probably some kind of UI like admin notes where it logs nearby chat, commands, etc.
  7. Apache attack helicopter mate
  8. On MTA bikes had smaller fuel tanks ranging around the 10 liters area or so, hence way cheaper fueling cost. I think it's only a matter of time before it's implemented on V so yea thumbs up for this!
  9. Yup totally agreeing with this. Perhaps make it as a subcontainer that can be placed into other main sockets/containers.
  10. Script Suggestion What would be the name of the script(s)?- Items notes What kind of script(s) are you suggesting?- GUI What is the suggestion?- Have the ability to make small notes that are x characters long enough to make a sentence or two. Essentially my idea is to have these notes oriented around the idea of stamping each item (mostly keys) to be able to distinguish what key's being used for which interior/vehicle instead of memorizing IDs for every asset you have a key of... Something else we can do as well is just change the text on the key from "Property/Vehicle Key" to the actual name of the asset which can only be seen by the asset owner but show for everybody else as "Property/Vehicle Key". What are the advantages?- -Less time rummaging through your keys to find which is which, less confusion overall. What are the disadvantages?- None? Do you have any resources to support our scripters in making said suggestion?- ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ How would you go about implementing this idea?- Just make another option on the inventory UI, when you right click an item, named "Add note" and show the text below the name or whatever.
