  1. no, everyone is equal. server rules will make sure DM isn't allowed. If you want to protect people avoid them, loot, make friends and set up your own group dedicated to protecting citizens.
  2. no fuck that no swat or special factions, everything will be decided in game by the players, everyone is equal. if you want a swat team loot and find swat equipment. NO MORE SPECIAL PRIVILEGES. The point of no government is that there is no ruling force, if you want to TRY and establish one go ahead. This is the apocalypse.
  3. no if this gets denied we'll just pretend our characters are paranoid crazy junkies. right now we call anyone not rping the apocalypse a crazy junkie so we'll just reverse the roles. The apocalypse has only a few vehicles and if a ricer drives a rice car he'll get ran over and i'll personally scrap his car.
  4. It isn't official yet, that's why we are friendly. If we'd do anything "bad" right now it'd be in stride with the rules, thats why we'll have to wait. I'm personally planning on becoming a raider and raiding everything and everyone I see but if I did that right now I might 1. scare away potential interested players and 2. break the rules. Two things I'm not planning on doing.
  5. If apocalypse rp becomes a thing brawls will become primary way of combat so you won't get CKed if you don't suck, and if you do you RUN.
  6. It is the apocalypse, guns will be more rare, ammo even more rare. If a dude tries to rob you with a knife bash his head in with a shovel.
  7. robbery rules and DM rules should still still intact. If you don't want to lose your shit HIDE in the big city. If you run away when you get robbed or disregard your life in anyway you deserve to be cked.
  8. who decided we need realism, since gta V RP is also fully based around "realism" and MTA is just an older outdated version of that we might aswell write a little backstory and make it apocalypse RP. Roleplay is about playing a certain role in a certain setting. People also roleplay in the zombie apocalypse in certain dayZ servers and currently they are in a better state then the mta and V server combined. i had more fun with 3 people last night then i did with 200 ppl on the server before. The apocalypse adds a certain vibe, a goal if you will say so. And that goal is to survive. Even if there is only one person online, if you can loot, find stuff to survive and build a base without the help of admins people won't quickly lose interest and even if they do, you don't need them because apocalypses are known to be empty and alone (or filled with zombies/rabid cannibals) Another thing I would like to see is no biased admin involvement in the story or factions. The events they do host should be accessible for everyone and no faction should receive special rights (some weird ass black ops special raider group that receives free hummers, m4s and ammo or a "new government" that gets a bunch of "faction drops".) All drops should come in the form of events that are accessible by everyone (it should be dangerous and run when everyone rushes for the same point with the same objective.)

  10. Welcome to the apocalypse!
  11. did someone mention apocalypse rp?
  12. Hello why did you vote no?
  13. If there is the ability to loot/find items without admin intervention and no need to rely on admins/FT for things like raiding/gaining items required to make play fun. And only need for admins to enforce the rules or host an airdrop event 1-2 times a week (which is basically the same as a FT faction drop excep everyone is allowed to take it). Then I don't see how it'll get boring. Only thing that needs to happen is for it to stay a little more action packed.
  14. if you play alone you're gonna get mirked, you can't carry 100 guns and if you don't have buddies to keep them safe with you you're fucked. If anyone can sneak in your house/car at any time you can't hoard unless you have friends protecting it with you.
  15. This will require scripting as we can't rely too much on admin presence with something like this. A safezone is a must, even if its just for the key copying and dupont NPC (Or maybe we could place them out in the open)... "Stats" should be removed, ALL the interiors should always be owned by no-one and ALL the vehicles should ALWAYS be civilian vehicles (whoever adds the lock item can lock and unlock the interior or vehicle until the another player breaks the lock off/lockpicks it). If someone goes inactive this way people will have a few days to break down all their doors/defences and to make the building "public" again. I was only talking about melee weapons like shovels and knives to be sold by one NPC so people have a way to defend themselves, I don't see this having much admin activity and a crafting script is MILESSSS away. I like the idea of airdrops seen in most survival MMOs where people all go to claim the loot (this mainly for guns and high-grade equipment like body armor only 1-2 times a week and is announced on the forums as an event so people won't have to miss it). High priority items like these shouldn't EVER spawn in the wild. Only scripts this would require is a lock/lockpick/lockbreak script, a vehicle repair script (which would require certain rare lootable parts) and an item spawning script. One of the rules I'd like to see added is no raiding unless you're 10 hours+ so people actually consider joining up together with people with more hours instead of trying to (offline) raid most peoples right after creating characters. A way to tackle offline raiding can be a rule/script requiring you to have 1.5x the amount of people that logged inside of the interior before you can raid it (unless one of the base key owners is online). That way you and 3-4 friends can log inside to add to the raid defence (so you don't get offline "griefed").
