Subpart 3. Narrative.
On the 20th February, 2019, , Randy Saunders, was driving with a friend named Razvan. We were both parked up in Idlewood Pizza Stack's northern car park. My truck had minor damage to the front bumper, so I took it to the repair shop opposite Idlewood Pizza Stack to be fixed. During my manoeuvre turning into Washington Street, a white Range Rover with the plate 'GE9 5939' was rather close to my truck, as I was actively doing a manoeuvre, I held priority in the roadway. From the cab, I didn't feel, see or hear any contact to the Range Rover, however I did beep due to how close the driver was to me. It's common sense that a truck needs room to make turns, the driver did not give much room, although the manoeuvre was performed without any issues.
I had parked in the repair shop, and around a minute later, the lady driving the aforementioned Range Rover had blocked me in, shouting threats and demands. I had shouted for help, told her I was armed and that she is breaking the law. The lady tried the handle on my truck, I immediately exited with my firearm out. I was subject to false imprisonment and had fear for my life. Given the actions the lady was taking to approach me, I felt like I was in danger. I did not shoot, only withdrew my firearm which I am licensed to carry.
I told the lady to move and addressed the fact she was breaking the law, she did not move. Around a minute or so later, a police vehicle arrives, at this point I am still illegally imprisoned by her. She eventually moves her car, and I am free. I exit the garage, only to be stopped by her and a police officer who demands I pull over. I explained the situation to the officer, at this point I was not aggressive, or in-compliant. The officer asked for my documents, which I willingly gave.
After an hour long dispute, the officer said they can not do anything about the false imprisonment as she did not break the law. I quote from the San Andreas Penal Code "The unlawful violation of the personal liberty of another without force" The lady in question took my liberty from me as soon as I was blocked in.
The lady made claims of assault within the repair shop, however had no physical injuries to prove her claims. I also had a weapon drawn whilst I was out of the cab, if I'd have done anything the weapon would've had some sort of DNA on it from her. These claims are false.
