    Script Suggestion What would be the name of the script?: Damages What kind of script(s) are you suggesting?: General Has said suggestion been seen on other servers before?: Yes What is the suggestion?: When a player is shot with a gun or hit by a baseball bat for example, they've pretty much got to guess where they were hit in order to roleplay it. I'm suggesting we add a script which pops open a GUI showing exactly where you've been shot/hit within the past 15-30 minutes. After a certain time period or after respawn they would be cleared. For example if I shot John Doe in the right arm, in the GUI it would say: - M4 GSW to the right arm at approximately 2 minutes ago. Admins would see (so they are aware who shot in case of DM circumstances): - M4 GSW (by Hurley King) to the right arm at approximately 2 minutes ago. If the player is wearing a kevlar, it could say: - M4 round to the chest kevlar at approximately 2 minutes ago. Admins can also have a command like /cleardamages to clear all damages from the player (in case of re-roleplay situations). What are the advantages and disadvantages of this script towards the server/gameplay?: + The Fire Department's job is easier, upon arriving on scene they don't have to communicate with the victim just to find out their injuries. + More accurate and heavy roleplay can be done: for example if a player is shot in the right arm, they can then be told to drop their weapon. + Admins can easily determine character kill situations by checking their damages. Do you have any resources to support our scripters in making said suggestion?: No, but I'll make it if this is approved. How would you go about implementing this idea?: --

    I agree with this, a SA:MP server uses something similar and it's quite useful.

    Script Suggestion What would be the name of the script?: Gallons system + Fire Hydrants What kind of script(s) are you suggesting?: General Has said suggestion been seen on other servers before?: I don't know. What is the suggestion?: Just basically set up a system so that fire engines don't have infinite gallons of water in their deck guns. Make it so the more you use, the more it goes down. Simple as that. The current LSFD's fire engines have a water tank of 1250 gallons, and 250 of CAFS reserve, so you have a starting point. As for the fire hydrants, make it so all of them around the map have a system based on the fuel one, where you can fill out the fire engine's water tank with as many galloons as you wish, obviously ours only up to 1500 (1250 from the original water tank, and 250 of CPSA reserve). It'd also be pretty useful to allow admins to somehow be able to spawn more random fire hydrants through a command (/makefirehydrant or something like that) since the current amount is literally very small considering to what it realistically is (you don't drive to the other side of the city to fill up your engine's water tank). What are the advantages and disadvantages of this script towards the server/gameplay?: + Realistic system regarding the fire engine's deck gun, since right now all deck guns have an infinite amount of water gallons, which in itself is nonRP since they have gallon limits). + Generally just brings up more roleplay, since FD'll have to start roleplaying more frequently with tools they don't regularly use, also gives a better usage to the current fire hydrants all around the map which are barely used right now due to the endless amount of water gallons that our deck guns have as that's basically what they're useful for. - Honestly can't see any. Do you have any resources to support our scripters in making said suggestion?: Nope. How would you go about implementing this idea?: ScrT.

    This actually existed, but only from the Fire Department's perspective so really players couldn't use the GUI anyways so I'd love to have this in place so I can reflect on my injuries more precisely.

    Script Suggestion What would be the name of the script?: Additional Animation Binds What kind of script(s) are you suggesting?: General Has said suggestion been seen on other servers before?: No What is the suggestion?: The ability to bind animations from your /animselect to commands. For example: > I find a bind on /animselect and I wish to have it binded, like, the alternative hands up animation. > I highlight the animation on my favourites tab and click a button called 'Add Bind'. > I can type in the shortcut for the animation, for example: /handsup2. > The animation is then binded to /handsup2 for me only, allowing me to use it whenever I like without having to /animselect > Favourites and find the animation. What are the advantages and disadvantages of this script towards the server/gameplay?: This could overall improve a players experience, they can choose their own animations which can easily be used. It means people will use a bigger variety of animations. Do you have any resources to support our scripters in making said suggestion?: No. How would you go about implementing this idea?: I'd just modify the current /animselect resource.

    [General] - Additional Animation Binds

    This has been scripted: Extended the old GUI, as I needed more room for the favourites tab. When adding a new animation to your favourites, a new GUI pops up asking for a command shortcut. You can leave it blank to keep unbound. When added to your favourites, it will show in the tab alongside the block & animation. It functions as follows: /anim parksit. All shortcuts start with /anim and you then type the shortcut you entered. The shortcuts can only contain regular letters and numbers, no symbols etc. The script has been sent to Chaos so he can review I suppose. But overall this allows us to have a much more diverse animation system and hopefully we can see people using a lot more animations.

    Los Santos County Supervisor of Elections - October 2016 County Commissioner Elections - Los Santos County Supervisor of Elections October 1st, 2016 Today, Los Santos County is happy to announce that our County Commissioner elections for October 2016 will take place on October 14th 2016. Candidates, who wish to run for County Commissioner for the next term of 3 months must announce their candidacy to the Supervisor of Elections of the County of Los Santos. The final candidates will be announced on October 14th. Further additions to the elections will not be possible after that date. The elections will take place on the 15th of October and the new County Commissioner will be announced on October 16th. (( Out of Character Information In order to be accepted for candidacy you must first be OOCly vetted by the OwlGaming Faction Team.
